Wheat Grass Juice

Have you ever tasted Wheat Grass Juice? It was three years ago when I heard about this drink but it was only in 2010 that I tried it. The first Wheat Grass Juice I tasted was on my way to Singapore, bought at the airport 24 hour shop. My sister told me to take it as I was feeling under the weather when I was about to depart… It tasted really good, as it was the kind that was ready to drink and was chilled. Then when I was living in Singapore, we usually bought Wheat Grass Juice from a Chinese Medicinal Shop. It was ready to drink, but was warm. Actually, there had been so many kinds of tea, juices and drinks sold at that medicinal shop. Some are brewed the same day, while others were chilled. But because I liked the wheat grass juice I first tasted, I found myself craving for it.
It was during this time too that I found out that we can actually grow Wheat Grass in our very homes, and make our own Wheat Grass Juice.. fresh everyday. All we need are the right tools and equipment.
First, you have to have a SPROUTER:

There are actually many kinds of sprouters, and it ranges upon one’s needs and budget. The one you see at the left needs to be covered but the one on the right is automatically covered as per type of sprouter.. And there are yet many more choices to choose from.
